Here is what happened to one hamster, and luckily everything was solved the best it could. The hamster moved outside the cage and played with the magnets that fell of the refrigerator. After he was returned to the cage, he started behaving strangely. He was clinging to the bars and did not want to eat or drink water.
The owners took him to the vet and as soon as he was taken out of the cage, he started behaving normally. Examination revealed that while playing in the kitchen, he stored one magnet in his cheek. When he was returned to the cage that day, he was stuck next to the bars because of the magnet.
