ARE DOGS COLOR BLIND – Many believe that dogs are colorblind and see the world in black and white shades, but this is not entirely true. It is true that dogs see colors, but a narrower range than humans.
The human eye has three types of consu, a type of retinal cell that is responsible for color perception. Dogs have two, which is why they see a narrower range of colors than humans. In addition, dogs have larger pupils than humans, which is why they let in more light and can see well in the dark.
As for color, dogs see blue, yellow, and gray the best. On the other hand, they don’t see red and orange like us, and in the grass the balls of this color will be the same color as the grass.
