Due to mite infection, Elsa was almost completely hairless on her body, and she also had an eye infection. Along with her friend Hugo, she wandered the streets until a team from Ray Animal Rescue decided to save her and help her.
When they came, she didn’t want to go without Hugo, so the team had to take him also. He was in a better shape and was adopted relatively quickly.
For Elsa, saving her from street wasn’t the end of her struggle. Months of treatment against mites followed and she finally had her fur.
